Eligibility of Tenderer :	Trade License valid for FY:2019-2020 In case of Limited Company the certificate of incorporation Income tax certificate for the :2019-2020 fiscal year TIN number and return submission report 2019-2020 Audited balance sheet of immediate last three years. VAT registration Company Profile including permanent (registered) and local address of the bid signing authority. Brochure/Catalogue and other document to be attached and highlighted by a marker pen where Necessary/ affidavit of ownership of the firm. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of similar goods and related services. The satisfactory completion of supply of IT products of minimum Tk. 10,00,00,000.00 (Taka Ten crore only) under a Single contract in the last 5 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of Tender. The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk.20,00,000.00 (Taka twenty Lac) only. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. Tk.8,00,00,000.00 (Taka eight crore only). 24/7 ICT support center. Specific experience in implementation and deployment of IT hardware (Active Network) equipment. Manufacturer’s Authorization letter must be submitted for the offered equipment. Bidder should have at least 5 Certified Professionals (2 Cisco Certified Internet Expert and 3 Cisco Certified Network Professional) for the offered active products with at least 3 (Three) years’ experience of similar work. The minimum specific experience in supply and installation of ICT products for at least two (2) contract completed within last Five (5) years with a value of at least Nine (9) Crore each.
