Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below: A satisfactory completion of similar works (Installation of Tube Well with 1.0 HP capacity Submersible Pump Minimum 50 Nos.) at least Tk. 92.00 Lac only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system). The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 70.75 Lac over the last 5 years. The period may be best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system). The tenderder must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital TK. 36.50 Lac only. in case of Line of Credit, certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form PW2a-3 from any scheduled bank without any alteration, and otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 97.50 Lac Only. Tenderer has to submit the document regarding On-Going Works/Current Commitment attached in Section-8 of Tender document. Tenderer providing any wrong/misleading/ fabricated information or hiding information regarding On-Going Works/Current Commitment will be liable as per PPR-2008. The tenderder must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License, ABC category Electrical license & supervisory license. All other conditions as specified in (Section-2 & Section-4) TDS must be fulfilled.
