(a)The Tenderer should have valid (FY 2020-21)Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate, Income Tax certificate, Bank Solvency certificate etc. ( b) Bank Statement (s) or Certificate (s) in support of the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 20,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Lac) only . (c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services. (d)The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 2 years of specific experience in the supply of goods and related services i.e year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. (e) The Tenderer shall have the minimum specific experience in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 2 (Two) years, with a value of at least BDT 17,00,000.00 (Taka Seventeen Lac ) only, i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the eGP System in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
