(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 3 (three) years of general experience in construction works. (b) Minimum one no. contract of similar nature of works of minimum value 7.00 (seven) lakh during last 05 years in Government/Semi- Government/Autonomous Organization. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over last 17.00 (seventeen) years of Tk 15.00 (fifteen) lakh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. (d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk 11.50 lakh. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related works. Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit.Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (e) Tender Capacity of Tk. 9.00 lakh . (f) The tenderer must posses i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. iii) Up-to-date trade license iv)Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory licence from Electricity Licencing Board.
