Eligibility of Tenderer :

This invitation for Tender is open for all who have the eligibility as mentioned below:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the electro-mechanical works shall be Ten (10) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in electro-mechanical works of at least 02 (Two) contracts of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of GIS, Sub-Station having with minimum one Sub-Station automation System Capacity of 1 X 10/12 MVA 33/11 KV or higher contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 3775.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. The above experience/ work completion certificate in a prescribed form A (attached herewith) shall have to be submitted as follows:
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.3500.00 Lac
d) The Tenderer must have up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN

e) Other documents for supporting technical specification and compliance and as Per TDS & PCC
