1)The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be ten (10) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper). 2)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least (a) at least 01 (One) contract(s) of a new flexible pavement of a 5 km 4-lane highway road work with DBS Binder and Wearing course by plant method successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 740 million BDT, (b) Construction of minimum of a 1 km length with 5m width walkway along the bank of sea/river. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.) 3)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1400 million over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.) 4)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 300 million. Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued between the publication date and the submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose (Form PW3-7). 5)The minimum amount of Tender Capacity shall be Taka 800 (eight hundred) million as per the formula stated in TDS. 6) Tenderers Must have up to date valid License as applicable. 6) Tenderers Must have up to date valid License as applicable.7) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are given in Tender Documents. 8)Tender will be evaluated according to the ITT Clause 51, 52 and 56.
