Eligibility of Tenderer :

a) A satisfactory completion of civil works of at least Tk Sixty Four (64) Lakh under one (01) no. of contract over a period of five (05) years shall be required.

b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk Seventy Five (75) Lakh over the best two (02) years in the last five (5) years.

c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk Thirty Five (35) Lakh.

d) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk Ninety Two (92) Lakh.
