All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP System, who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.

Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: None

However, it should be noted that -

1. Tenderer must comply with the eligibility criteria stated in ITT clause 4.

2. Tenderer must be registered in TDMS.

3. Terderer must have Bituminous of his/its own or hired.

4. Terderer having ongoing work in Habiganj Road Division will get preference.
