1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 years. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 53 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 76 lakh over the last 5 years. 4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 53 lakh . Use standard format incase of line of credit. 5. Tender Capacity Tk 74 Lakh .
