Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) All tenderers are eligible except Israel. b) Special terms & conditions for maintenance of water treatment plant for BSCIC tannery, Savar, Dhaka: 1. Local bidder should have exclusive agency agreement with the Pump or Motor Manufacturer. 2. Bidder should have sufficient skilled manpower with locally after sales backup facilities by own workshop for repair and maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant. 3. Bidder should be updated ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified company. 4. Bidder should have experience for repair and maintenance with water supply of minimum 20 MLD capacity Water Treatment Plant for the amount of Taka Minimum one crore within last five years. 5. Bidder should have experience for Installation of Water Treatment Plant of Minimum 20 MLD capacity within last five years.
