1. Minimum 3 (Three) years general experience in the field of ship construction/ Repair / Rehabilitation of vessel.
2. The minimum specific experience (Construction/ repair/ rehabilitation of vessel as a Prime Contractor at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature of works successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 98.00 Lac. Bidder shall submit necessary documents in favor of his claim of experience.
3. Valid up-to-date trade license certificate.
4. Latest ISO Certificate.
5. NOC from Department of Shipping or Equivalent authority.
6. Tenderer should have own shipyard or dockyard.
7. Litigation certificate.
8. Environment clearance certificate.
9. Documents mentioned in section-7 of tender schedule.
10. The purchased Tender Document with money receipt..
11. Minimum 1200 tons slipway Certificate from BUET or Equivalent authority.
12. VAT Registration Certificate.
13. Original Bank solvency certificate.
14. The average annual turnover must be greater than 245.00 lac in last 3 years. Calculation must be submitted.
15. Work plan (BAR Chart).
16. Latest TAX & TIN, certificate.
17. Payment shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka.
18. All other terms and conditions mentioned in STD.
19. The bidder who have more than one existing contract with BIWTC is not completed within 1st contracted date is not eligible to participate in this tender.
20. The minimum tender capacity shall be: 122.00 Lac
21. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 165.00 Lacs
22. Audit report of last 03 years to be submitted.
