a) The reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience.
(b) The reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience of work in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of Land Development works in a single contract with a value of at least Tk.170.00 Lakhs in within the last 5 (Five) years.
(c) Available free own or hire equipment(i.e: 10 to 12 ton sheep foot roller with ancillary arrangement) & Manpower will be consider in connection with the bidder's capacity & working strength as well.
(d) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 700.00 Lakhs. Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(e) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) must be in the form of PW2(a)-7 of Tk. 91.00 Lakhs. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
(f) The tender capacity is Tk 180.00 Lakhs. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
(g) If Tenderers quoted the tender price more than 10 % (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(h) The intending tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
