a) Who have experience of same nature of work TK.18.00 lac in a single work order which is successfully completed during the last 5 (five) years. Year will be counted backwardly from the date of publication of Tender notice.
b) Who have Average annual turnover of TK. 60.00 lac for the last five years. Year will be counted backwardly from the date of publication of Tender notice.
c) Required Liquid assets or Working capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK.14.00 (Fourteen) Lakh. As a proof of liquid assets the bank statement must be deposited in any scheduled bank in Bangladesh for 03 (three) consecutive working days. Date will be counted between the date of publication of Tender notice & date of Tender submission.
d) Who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in supply of goods.
e) Who have minimum Tender capacity not less than his/her tender price.
f) Who have up to date Trade license.
g) Who have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
h) Who have up to date VAT Registration Certificate.
i) Satisfying all other criteria laid down in the TDS & PCC.
