1. Up to date Valid Trade License, Tax clearance Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 8,00,000.00 (Eight lakh) over the last 3 years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2,00,000.00 (Two lakh). Documentary evidence for liquid assets issued any scheduled Bank not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for tender submission.
4. The minimum specific experience in satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 2,00,000.00 (Two lac) under at least one is boundary wall construction works over a period of last 3 years shall be required. Completion certificate issued only by any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization or Owner of renowned private organization will acceptable.
5. Minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 2,00,000.00 (Two lac).
6. Tender validity period 90 days.
7. Tender security Tk.7,000 (Seven Thousand)
8. Tender Document price Tk.1,000.00
9. Tender Submission letter, Tender Information form, Tender Capacity information, past performance information and ongoing contract information must be submitted on prescribe format
