The tenderer must have:
1. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk.32,00,000.00 under maximum 02 contracts in the last 05 of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least ONE contract(s) successfully completed within the last [state number] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 28,00,000.00
2.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 28,00,000.00
3. Update Income Tax certificate (Scanned copy of the Original) 4. Trade License (2020-2021) (Scanned copy of the Original) 5. VAT/BIN Registration certificate (Scanned copy of the Original) 6. Proof of Works Completion Certificate for similar kind of Supply (Scanned copy of the Original) 7. Catalogue/Brochure of all offered items 8. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter with contact details, ISO Certificate, CE Declaration should be submitted. 9. Warranty: Minimum 1 (One) year with services (Manufacturer’s and Bidder’s Warranty Certificates must be submitted along with tender) 10. Documentary evidence with address of manufacturing factory 10. All other conditions stated in the TDS and PCC.
