• Only Manufacturers, who have Industrial License of producing uPVC materials and have minimum 3 (Three) years general experience in the supply of same goods and related services will be eligible for this tender. • The minimum supply value of 100mm and above nominal diameter uPVC pipes and fittings under a single contract in the last 3 (Three) years is Tk. 8.00 (Eight) lakhs. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address. • The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) lakhs. • An inspection team of BADC formed by PE/PD will visit the factory of technically & commercially responsive lowest bidder(s)/manufactures factory and verify the whole manufacturing unit, production capacity, quality control, testing and storing facilities during evaluation of the offer. During inspection the bidder should have to provide all sorts of facilities to the inspection team for proper inspection. The inspection team will randomly select sample (3 pieces uPVC pipe with one meter length of each, one no. T-joint, 90o bend & end cape each) from the individual lot for BUET/MIST test as per offered specification and terms condition of tender. All cost of carrying, loading, unloading and BUET/MIST test must be borne by the manufacturer. • The bidder shall submit a copy of original catalogue of manufacturer containing technical specifications in printed from the marking portions/part of the information therein for technical evaluation. • Updated ISO standardization certificate of the manufacture must be submitted with the offer. • The Manufacturer can either bid for 2(two)lots or more in the supplying upvc pipe. Maximum 2(two) number lots/tenders awarded to the same lowest responsive manufacturer.
