Eligibility of Tenderer :	•The Tenderer shall have minimum of 5(five) years of overall experience in the supplying of brand related product and service in Bangladesh. • The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 3 (Three) numbers of contracts of supplying of related product within last one year in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies/bank. Among them there should have one completion certificate of supplying related product amounting 2 (Two) Cores taka in a single contract. • The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility in Taka 500 Lac (Five Crores). • An average turnover amounting Taka 500 Lacs (Five Crores) supported by audit report for last 2(two) years. • In case of Limited Company, the certificate of Incorporation or Registration of Firm. • Valid Trade License for the FY 2020-2021; • Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the year 2019-20 with TIN Number; • VAT registration Certificate; • The tenderer should have capacity of after sales service in 490 branch of Palli Sanchay Bank which are located in upazila area and tenderer should have after sales service through its own branches or approval dealer at least for next 3 years of all types of spare parts and should have at least one regional active office in each division. • In case of Distributionship/Dealership authorization certificates from the manufacturer or principal of the products; • Original letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Tenderer; • Catalogue/Brochure must be submitted as applicable within web link. • Any other documents as specified in Technical Specifications;
