TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--	The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be BDT 4 (Four) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form (PW2a-3) uploaded in Particular Specification section. Failing to submit in form PW2a-3 will make the tender non-responsive.	The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be BDT 4 (Four) Lac. In case of line of credit it must be submitted at per prescribed format PW2a-3. In case of credit facilities, it must be sanctioned and sufficient amount must be unspent. In case of liquid asset, certificate & bank statement must be submitted. In all cases of certificates must be collected from Bank after publication of Tender.

Qualification Criteria--	The tenderer must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of Interior including civil and sanitary works of BDT 8 (Eight) Lac in a single contract during last 3 (three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp Portal in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.	The tenderer must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of civil and sanitary repair/ maintenance or similar works of BDT 8 (Eight) Lac in a single contract during last 3 (three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp Portal in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
