(a) A satisfactory completion of HT pole replacement or similar type of work with a value of at least Tk 10.00 Lakhs under a single contract over a period of last 5 (five) years shall be required. (b) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk. 28.00 Lakhs which will be based on work completion certificate. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender. The period will be best 3 (Three) years in the last 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10.00 Lakhs. (d) Minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 11.00 Lakhs (e) Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender. (f) Up-to-date Trade license, ABC contractory/supervisory licence, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate etc. (g) Other required conditions and documents of this tenderer are shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled. (h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2008 and its amendment.
