Eligibility of Tenderer :	1) A satisfactory completion of 1(one) number of building construction work of at least Tk. 1,00,00,000/- (one crore) only under a single work order in Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization/ Government own company of Bangladesh like Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. (PGCB) during last 10(ten) years shall be required. 2) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,50,00,000/- (one crore five lakh) only over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. 3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40,00,000/- (forty lakh) only. 4) Up to date legal documents (trade license, VAT, TAX, authorization, TIN, NID etc). 5) Tender security shall be furnished in the name of "Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd." in the form of Pay order or Bank draft.
