1) Trade License of FY 2020-2021. 2) VAT Registration certificate. 3) Tax clearance certificate of FY 2020-2021. 4) Up to date ABC Contractor's and Supervisor's License from Electrical Licensing Board. 5) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 3,75,000/- (Tk 3 Lakh Seventy Five Thousands) under 01 (One) contract over a period of 03 (Three) years from the date of publishing og IFT shall be required. 6) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 4,00,000/- (Tk Four Lakh) only.
7) Declaration on letterhead that tenderer will provide Operation, Instruction and Maintenance manuals (Must be English or Bengali).
8) Tenderer shall submit the sample approved by the PE office and upload e-Gp before closing the tender.
9) The Tenderer shall submit expert manpower and equipment list for relevant works in Company letterhead pad. 10) Other documents specified in TDS, PCC and Technical Specifications.
