Eligibility of Tenderer :	A) Reputed Contractors firms who have Minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in works. B) Experience: Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of government/semi government/ Autonomous organization during last 5 (Five) years of TK. 50 (Fifty) lac in a single work-order and shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department/organization. C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk. 230 (Two hundred and thirty) Lac counting backwardn from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper. Turn over must be authenticated by NBR. D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) lac supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted upto 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender. E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price. F) The tenderer must possess: (i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate (ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate (iii) Up to date trade license. iv) Upto date A B C Lisence for Electrical works and Electrical Supervisory Lisence G) JVCA is not allowed.
