1.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years.
2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods and related services in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies successfully completed 1(one) number contract within the last 5(Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 26.00 (Twenty Six) lakh, Supported by completion certification which is signed by executive Engineer or equivalent.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00 (Thirty ) lac.
4. Information Regarding Claims Under Litigation against Your Company by any Govt.Organization/Party to be submitted by Notary Public.
5. Copy of valid trade licence, The updated Income Tax clearance certificate including TIN, VAT registration certificate, Copy of updated/renewed registration certificate of Import.
6. The tenderer's must be Submitted of Original Manufecturer's Authorization Certificate including tender ID No. and Tender Referance Number.
7. The tenderer must have a full pledged Service Centre in Bangladesh which is authorized by the manufacturers.
