1. The minimum number of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor shall be 15 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor in building construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of 10 (ten) storied building with 2 (two) basement floors having plinth area minimum 35000 (Thirty Five Thousand) sft including cultural and entertainment facilities-Cineplex, Pile works, foundation works, civil works, Sanitary & Plumbing works, Electric works, ancillary finishing works similar nature detail in TDS and size complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 90 Crore under govt./semi govt./autonomous organization.
3. Tenderer/Lead Partner of JVCA must have up-to-date ABC class Electric License, experience of fire protection & detection system, Interior works, minimum 500 seated capacity auditorium with acoustics, Theater Hall with acoustics, Swimming Pool works, Air Conditioning (AC) Works, Landscaping works and ancillary finishing works under govt./semi govt./autonomous organization within last 5 years.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than tk. 150 crore over the last 03 (three) years. (the period may be the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years).
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk. 50 crore.
6. In case of JV the Lead partner must be a local firm of Bangladesh.
7. The Tenderer must have the necessary manpower & equipments as per TDS.
8. The contractor/contractors/firms and their sister concern organization must have well reputation.
9. Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the tender.&a
