Eligibility of Tenderer :	Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: - Valid Trade License - Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate. - Up to date VAT Registration Certificate -Tenderer have to Submit a experience certificate which state that Industrial Battery (Same Brand which will be Supplied by this tender/bidder) supplied by them/bidder to any Government own organization at least 04(Four) years ago has been working satisfactorily at Present.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. -Must submit the performance certificate of Battery after use of 02 (two) years from local PE office. -Supplier shall enclose the catalogue along with details technical specification, country of origin & manufacturer authorization etc. Technical Specification & Country of Origin shall consider very important for technical evaluation. -The required Minimum amount of experience certificate in a single tender of industrial battery supply Tk.2200000/- (Twenty Two Lac). - The legal capacity shall be confirmed by a power of attorney. - Other Necessary supporting documents submitted with the tender.
