1) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate(E-TIN), VAT Registration Certificate and Valid Trade License, Bank Solvency Certificate, One copy PP size photo of the Owner and Authorization letter must be submitted in e-GP System.

2) Minimum Two years overall experience Certificate in Completed supply and Installation Such Equipment in Govt. or autonomous public Organization in the last two years.

3) Should have specific experience of supply of tender goods.

4) Tenderer should have experience of Supplying with Government entity.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Warranty:-

Warranty is applicable for a time length of 60 months from the date of commissioning, or 5,000 Running Hours (i. whichever occurs Later.)

Servicing:

After sales service is free for 60 months from the date of commissioning including consumables like Filters, Lube oil etc.

Training:

Necessary in country training for operators and mechanics will be provided free of charge.

The following items to be included.
1. Silencer pipe extension & material.
2. Hot air ducting & material.
3. Supply of all kind of power cable/control cable and cable laying, cable connection as well as any sort of electrical equipment’s.
4. Earthling required for the generator.
5. Lifting of generators above ground level.
6. Any kind of civil work and Engineering at site.
7. Any kind of consequences/event which is not mentioned in the offer.

Products to be supplied and fully commissioned within 15 days of order Confirmation.
