The eligible Tenders as mentioned below:- (A) Reputed Government Approved contractors/Construction Firm who have minimum 5 years of general experience in Construction works. (B) (i) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 01 Number of Civil & Electrical works not less than amount of Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lakh within the last 05 years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. (ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. (C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 48.00 (Forty Eight) Lakh over the last 5 years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. (D) The liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 16.00 (Sixteen) Lakh. (E) The Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC License and Electric Supervisory License of his own firm. (F) The Tenderer must have Up-to dateTrade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up to-date Income Tax Return Certificate. (G) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 and ITT clause no. 30.3. Tenderers having quoted the tender price 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate of the proposed work shall be rejected.
