1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least One (01) contract (s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years (Years calculate from tender submission to backword), each with a value of at least Tk. Tk.165.00 lacs in Govt/ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
3) Who have minimum annual average constructional turn over in the last 05(Five) years of Tk 300.00 lacs (Total=300.00x5=1500.00 lacs)
4) The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets for Tk 45.00 lacs supporting by a 1)Bank balance statement
2) Credit facilities regarding the credit sanction number and 3) For Credit line/ Credit commitment , Credit commitment will be unconditional. From Tender Publication date to Tender Closing date as mentioned in the tender notice
5) Tenderer who also possed
i) Up to date Trade licence
ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate
iii) Up to date TIN certificate
iv) NID
v) Authorization Letter
6) According to the Honorable Prime Minister’s office order Memo No:-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 dated 30.08.2018 defaulter Contractor/Firms who has not completed work in due time and have done inferior quality of work is Ineligible to participate in this tender. If anyone participate his tender will be declared as Non- Responsive.
7) Satisfying the other criteria laid down in the tender document.
