a.The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years.

b. The tenderer shall have successfully completed contracts of supply of similar/related (Smart TV, Interactive Flat-Panel, Laptop, Monitor, Projector etc.) goods of minimum BDT. 16,50,00,000.00 (Sixteen Crore Fifty Lac) in maximum 02 (Two) Contracts/Work orders within last 03 (Three) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.

If the tenderer applies in multiple packages of same goods under this Procuring Entity (PE) then the tenderer shall have successfully completed contracts of supply of similar/related Goods of minimum BDT. 16,50,00,000.00(Sixteen Crore Fifty Lac) in 02(Two) numbers of supply Contracts/Work orders and maximum 04(Four) numbers supply contract of similar/related goods within last 5(Five) years, which have accumulated value of at least BDT. 25,00,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Crore), years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.

c. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of the tenderer or its manufacturers are 1,000(One Thousand) Digital Smart Board (Interactive Flat Panel) or related goods per year. Documentary Proof is required within Last 3 (Three) Years.

If Tenderer apply in multiple package of same goods under this Procuring Entity (PE) then the minimum supply and/or production capacity of the tenderer or its manufacturers are 2,000 (Two Thousand) related goods per year. Documentary proof is required within Last 3 (Three) Years.
 

The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum [state value] under maximum [state number] contracts in the last [state number] of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least [state number] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [state number] years, each with a value of at least Tk. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be minimum BDT. 19,00,00,000.00 (Nineteen Crore).
Bidder must have average turnover of at least BDT. 20,00,00,000.00 (Twenty Crore) per year as per audited balance sheet within the last 03 (Three) years
 

The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following valid additional documents:
(i) The Tenderer must submit valid Trade Licence copy for 2020-2021 and consecutive last five years valid Trade Licence copy;
(ii) Income Tax Clearance /Submission Certificate for the income tax assessment year 2019-2020; with TIN Certificate.
(iii) Copy of valid VAT registration certificate.
(iv) In case of Limited Company, the certificate of Incorporation or Registration of Firm;
(v) Appropriate authority certificate as a manufacturer or valid evidence of manufacturer authorization to supply, installation, support and maintenance of Digital Smart Board (Interactive Flat Panel) and its accessories. Or
Valid evidence of Distributorship Agreement/Approval of Digital Smart Board (Interactive Flat Panel) of prominent international brands for Bangladesh Market.
(vi) Bank solvency certificate mentioning the amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) facilities on a date within selling bid document to submission date.
(vii) Experience Certificate and work order from any organization as specified in ITT clause 15.1(a), (b) and documents as specified in 15.1 (c) & 16.1 (a);
(viii) Original Manual/Brochures must be submitted as applicable;
(ix) Bidder must submit warranty and Spare Parts certificate from Manufacturer.
(x) Any other document as specified in Technical Specification
(xi) Blacklisted and Bankrupted Company would not be eligible.
(xii) Should submit valid ISO Certificate.
(xiii) Tenderer should have own/legally authorized service points in all districts of respective divisions mentioned in Lot descriptions (List must have to submit with employee name, phone number, and Address of own/legally authorized services point.) Bidders/Suppliers will be treated as non-responsive if they fail to comply this requirement.
(xiv) Other terms and conditions of technical specification
a) 1(One) Piece of sample for each item shall be submitted by the tenderer at the time of tender submission.
b) For e-Tender sample shall be submitted before closing date and time.
c) No sample shall be accepted after tender closing date and time.
d) Without submitted the sample, tender will be treated as non-responsive.

Supply, Installation, Support and Maintenance of 900(Nine Hundred) Digital Smart Board (Interactive Flat Panel) for 150 School of Future situated/located in 150 Parliamentary Constitutional Area of Dhaka, Chattogram and Barisal Division under Establishment of Sheikh Russel Digital Labs Project (2nd Phase).

Note: Project Director will preserve the right to relocate surplus labs from Dhaka, Chattogram and Barisal Division to adjacent its divisions/areas (if required).
