Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) The minimum specific experience in supply of Electrical Goods/work of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 5.00 Lakhs in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization. All completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/organization. (b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6.00 Lakhs. (c) Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender. (d) Up-to-date Trade license,IncomeTax clearance certificate,VAT registration certificate etc. (e) Other required conditions and documents of this tenderer are shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled. (f) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2008 and its amendment.
