1. The Suppliers Should have minimum 05 (Five) years of Experience for Footware manufacturing and marketing.
2. All participants have to own leather processing tannery or Footware lndustry which should be under the wing of same group of companies.
3.The bidders have to submit physical sample of shoe and socks to head office same day of closing tender.
4. The supplier has to produce the work completion certificate of minimum 35 lac taka to any single customer against single work order within last 03 (Three) years standing from the publication date.
5. The company/Supplier should ensure the countrywide showroom/approved dealer is available; specially in Dhaka, Narayanganj, Chandpur, Barishal, Khulna, Chattogram and manikganj town is a must.
6. The black oxford shoes outsole has to be rubber and upper is make of 100% genuine leather.
7. Tenderer must submit a list of showroom/dealers particular including place of their establishment.
8. In case of any defect, shoes can be changed from listed showroom.
9.Attested copy of valid trade license, VAT registration certificate, TIN Certificate, Latest Tax pay Certificate must be submitted with the tender documents.
10. The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit lines of the tenderer shall be 35 lac only. The issue date of Bank Certificate/Bank Guarantee must be within the last 03 months date counting backward from the publication of IFT on e-GP.
