Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :

i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction works as Contractor shall be 05(five) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience of the contractor at least 1(one) contract of Civil works successfully completed in 16-Storied High Rise Building in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 200.00 lakh.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 550.00 lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 200.00 lakh ( adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format (witout alteration or addition) as specified Form PW2a-3 (CPTU STD PW2a) (Failing to submit in PW2a-3 will make the tender non-responsive).
v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 210.00 lakh only.
vi) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
viii) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
c) Updated Trade license.
