Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) General experience :- Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in Construction Works from the date of Publication of IFT in the eGP. (b) Specific experience:- Having Experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of RCC Building repair works of Tk.2.50 Lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. (c) Minimum average annual construction turn over :- The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 3 (Three) years of Tk. 3.00 Lac .For calculating average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector for a period of 03 (three) years, substantiated by Statement(s) of Receipts, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh/Respective bill paying authority. The tenderer must submit payment certificates as proof of turnover document. (d) Tender capacity :- The minimum amount of tender Capacity shall be Tk. 3.00 Lac as per formula stated in TDS. (e) Liquid asset requirement :- The minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities net of the tenderer shall be Tk.3.00 Lac only and others terms condition as per TDS. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit should be in the Form PW2a-3. (g) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender.
