This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below : a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 05(five) years of general experience in construction works. b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor is successfully completion of at least 1 (one) Number of Similar nature work Amount in Tk. 40 (forty) Lacs in a single Contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 56 (fifty six) Lacs for within the last five (05) years. Payment Certificates for Contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of Average Annual Construction Turnover. d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 56 (fifty six) Lacs. Document Submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 of Tender and Contract Forms section of standard documents (PW2A) must be submitted for this purpose. e) Up to date Trade license. f) Up to date Vat certificate. g) Up to date TIN Certificate.
A) Painting, changing sanitary fittings, renewing tiles, broken door and windows of toilet, ICU, fistula ward, OT from 2nd floor to 4th floor of OT complex building and stop leaking roof water, changing rain water down pipe and GI pipe under Dhaka Medical College Hospital. B) Changing GI pipe, rain water down pipe, stop leaking roof water of Central medicine store and one storied radiotherapy building, installation 8 water tank on 2nd storied building roof, renewing GI pipe of water supply including related repair and renovation works.
