Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenders who are enlisted with e-GP system portal, can submit the tender through online. The Tenders shall have: a) Valid Trade license, up-to-date TIN Certificate and VAT Certificate. b) The Tenders shall have Experience of similar nature of work having contract amount of Tk. 33.05 (Thirty Three Point Zero Five) Lac in a single contract within the last 5 (five) years. c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenders shall be Tk. 33.05 (Thirty Three Point Zero Five) Lac. d) The Tenders shall have Annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 55.04 (Fifty Five Point Zero Four) Lac for the last 05 (five) years. (The Annual Construction Turnover shall be counted by payment Certificate). e) The Tenders shall have The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 44.00 (Forty Four Point Zero Zero) lac only. f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
