2. The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be minimum 5 years. (The years will be counted backward from the IFT publication date)
3. The minimum Specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature such as road works with bituminous carpeting, RCC drain and various cross drains, similar complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, each with a value of at least BDT.220,000,000.00 (Twenty Two Crore only). (The years will be counted backward from the IFT publication date)
4. The required average Annual construction turnover i,e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk BDT. 445,000,000.00 (Forty-Four Crore Fifty Lac only) over the last 05 (Five) years. (The years will be counted backward from the IFT publication date)
5. The minimum amount of Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT. 180,000,000.00(Eighteen Crore only). ..(Form ePW3A-7 Format)
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be TK. BDT 310,000,000.00 (Thirty One Crore only)
7. The tenderer must fill ACK form which is available in Particular Specification
