Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as below: a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have min. 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works b) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1 no. of similar nature of work amounting to Tk.13.74 Lakh (Thirteen Lakh Seventy Four Thousands) only in a single Tender during last 5 years i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD. c) The Tenderer must process: i) Up to date valid Trade license, income tax clearance certificate from NBR & Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average construction turn over in the last 5 (five) years of Tk. 44.09 Lakh (Forty Four Lakh Nine Thousnds ) only e) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk.16.66 Lakh (Sixteen Lakh Sixty Six Thousnds) only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit in the format as specified (Form e-PW2a) f) All other terms and condition are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents g) Tender capacity Tk.18.74 Lakh (Eighteen Lakh Seventy Four Thousands) only h) A Tender security will be required in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee in favour of the Executive Engineer, Gazipur PWD Division, Gazipur.
