Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	Â Minimum 5 years of general experience. The Tenderer or in case of JV Tender, at least one partner shall have experience for executing minimum 1 (one) no. of contract (either completed or running contract) related to Commercial Support Services (meter reading, bill distribution, meter installation, disconnection, re-connection, service connection, re-dressing, meter replacement etc.) in any distribution utility in Bangladesh within last 8 (eight) years aggregated contract value of which shall be at least Taka 50,00,000 (Taka Fifty lac) under maximum 2 nos. of contract to be supported by evidence from end users. The Tenderer or in case of JV Tender, all partners shall have valid ABC license. The Tenderer or in case of JV Tender, all partners shall declare that his/their firm had not been black listed or penalized in any form during the last 5 (five) years. The Tenderer or in case of JV Tender, all partners shall declare that his/their firm will not engage any officer or staff terminated due to corruption from any public/private organization. The required average annual turnover over the last 03 (three) years shall be greater than Taka 50,00,000 (Taka fifty lac). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25,00,000 (Taka Twenty five Lac) only. N.B.: i. Any bidder having 2 nos. of running CSS contracts (i.e. contracts having more than 6 months of remaining contract period) with DPDC is not eligible to participate in the tender process. ii. Any bidder having 1 no. of running CSS contract (i.e. contract having more than 6 months of remaining contract period) with DPDC can participate in only one of the tenders. Â
