1. The minimum number years of general experience of the Tender in the construction work shall be 3[three] years. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works(consisting steel frabricated works with roof,and supply of Office furniture)of at least Tk 35 [thirty five] lac under 1 [one] of contract(s) over a period of 3 [three] years shall be required. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 40 [fourty] lac over the last 3 [three] years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35 [thirty five] lac.
5. Tender will be rejected if the quoted price is more than 10% above or below the official estimated cost.As per Bangladesh Government Gadget on 3 May 2016,Clause No.7(3).
