1. The Tenderer should have recent inclusion certificate from PGCL or enlistment certificate from any other company of petrobangla under 1.3 or 1.4 or both categories as gas pipeline contractor.

2. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least one(1) contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last ten(10) years, each with a value of at least Taka Twenty Two (22,00,000) lac.

3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than taka Forty Five (45,00,000) lac over the best five (5) years in the last (10) years.

4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Taka Eleven (11,00,000) lac issued by the bank not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders.

 

Pipeline laying, welding joint, brick/asphalt paving, pucca (CC/RCC) paving, canal/culvert/khal crossing, Railway/Highway/Major road crossing, RCC coating, service tee/valve tee/flange tee joint, ball valve fittings, plug socket joint, valve-pit construction, gas pipeline purging & testing (pneumatic), Tie-in connection, extra rate for double wrapping & coating, gas pipiline commissioning, as built drawings.
