Eligibility of Tenderer :	Tenderer must have: a) Five (05) years of general experience in electrical works. b) Experience of at least 01 (one) contract of supply and installation of Conference system completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk. 30.00 lac under Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ private Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. c) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board. d) Up to date Income Tax clearance & e-BIN Registration Certificate from the NBR with TIN. e) Up to date Trade License. f) Average annual construction turn over during the last five years in Taka 30.00 Lac g) All Other qualification, Terms & Conditions described in Tender documents and Tender Data sheet (TDS).
