Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number years of general experience of the Tender in the civil work/similar type work shall be 5 [five] years. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works at least Tk 12.00 [twelve] Lac under 1 [one] of contract(s) over a period of 3 [three] years shall be required. Must be submitted work completion certificate at Govt. / semi Govt. / Autonomous organization. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 12.00 [twelve] Lac over the last 3[three] years. (12 Lac *3=36) Lac. Must be submitted recent up to date Bank statement certificate /Audit report / Work completion certificate for comply the Tenderer construction Turnover. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or Unconditional credit facilities / Unconditional Bank Guarantee of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10 [ten] Lac.Must be submitted recent Bank certificate with mentioned the Balance / Unconditional credit facilities. 5. N:B. Others terms and condition are specified in TDS & PCC.
