Eligibility of Tenderer :	The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 5,000.00 (five thousand) lakh. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 7,500.00 (seven thousand five hundred) lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.250.00 (one thousand two hundred fifty) lakh Without Containing PE's Memo & Name, Work Order Amount, Completed Amount, Completion Date, official ref no./memo, e-Mail (if Possible), Experience Certificate/Payment Certificate will be disregarded for evaluation process. Bank Statement must be within Publishing date to closing date of Tender or Credit facility must be in PW3-7 form otherwise the Tender would be considered as Non-Responsive. The Tender will be non-responsive if the Quoted price is not within 10 percent less or 10 percent above than the official cost estimate. Tenderers not fulfilling the requirements as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) will be treated as non responsive.
