Eligibility of Tenderer :	(A) Contractors/Constroction firms who have minimum of general experience 5(five) years (B) Experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar construction work in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lac in a single tender . (C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 100.00 ( one Hundred) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. (D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 20.00 (Twenty ) Lac, in case of Line of Credit, certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form PW3-7 from any scheduled bank without any alteration. (E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate. (F) Up-to date ABC class contractor License issued from Electrical licensing Board. (G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
