"Eligibility Criteria
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years. b) The minimum specific experience as contractor of similar work of BDT 4.00 lac at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body in Bangladesh. i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodiesr other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. c) The Tenderer must posses: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate. (iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (Up to date 9 Digit BIN) (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4.00 ac e) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4.00 lac over the last 5 years.
