a) General experience :- Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in repair/renovation/construction works of RCC Residential/Non Residential Building, roads, boundary wall, drain etc. from the date of Publication of IFT in the eGP. (b) Specific experience:- A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 21.00 (Twenty one) Lac under 01 (One) no. of contract(s) over a period of 03 (Three) years shall be required. (c) Minimum average annual construction turn over :- The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 27.00 (Twenty seven) Lac over the last 03 (Three) years. Only Payment certificate issued by competent authority shall be accepted as proof of turnover. (d) Tender capacity: - The minimum capacity shall be: 22.50 (Twenty two point five zero) Lac. (e) Liquid asset requirement: - The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7.50 (Seven point five zero) Lac. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit should be in the Form PW2a-3. Document submitted along with the Tender must be issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for Contract. (f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender.
