All individuals firms of Chittagong and Rangamati Hill District can participate in the tender fulfill the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) . Special Instruction: 1. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work. 2. The Tenderers with own responsibility and expense will visit and examine the Site and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works. 3. Tenderer must submit the Bank's Letter of Commitment for Line of Credit as per attached Form PW2(a) in Section: 7 (General Specification).
4. Tender security must be payable only in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft from any schedule bank of Bangladesh in favour of Executive Engineer, Rangamati O&M Division, BWDB, Kaptai.
5. The clear instruction for all tenderer that "Payment will be made after availability of fund and approval of budget".
6. As the Tender is invited but the work order will be issued after getting clearence from the competent authority.
