Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below : (A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms/Organization who have minimum 05 years of general experience in Electrical works/supply of Electrical Goods and related services. (B) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 01 number of similar work worth not less than Tk. 11.00 (Eleven) Lakh in a single work order in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 years in standard work completion format attached in STD. (C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 years amounting of Tk. 65.00 Sixty Five) Lakh. (D) he minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 34.00 (Thirty Four) Lac only. (E) Updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate is mandatory. (F) Updated ABC/BC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB. (G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled. (H) According to PPR-2008 and ITT, Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than Ten percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tenderer will be rejected
