Eligibility of Consultant:

The minimum number of years of general experience of the the supplier in the supply of sub-station equipment & related services as supplied shall be 03 (three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp.
The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of minimum 250 kVA sub station & 50 KVA generator of at least 01 (one) number contract successfully completed within the last 05(five) years with a value of at least tk 57 lakh in government/semi government or autonomous organizations of Bangladesh during last 05(five) years years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp.
The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit lines of the supplier shall be tk 50 lakh. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional & to be issued in favor of related supply (name of the supply). The liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of bank undertaking for line of credit. Documents submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date & submission date of the tender
The Tenderer must have up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Trade license and VAT Registration Certificate
The Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC Electric License and Electric Supervisory License of his from electricity license board GOB
