1. The minimum number of year of general experience of the Tender in the Repair works as a tenderer shall be 05 (five) year. i.e.year counting backward from the date of Publication of IFT in the News Paper. a. The minimum specific experience as a tenderer in repair works of at least one (1) number of simillar contract completed during last (5) years. b. Simillar nature of work means completion of repair maintenance works valued Tk.12.00 (Twelve Lac) in a single contract under Public fund. This is to be supported by work Order/NOA and completion certificate. Private works done by any Developer or Real Estate Company will not be considered. Simillar nature of work will be checked by the Procuring Entity. 2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk.50.00 (Fifty Lac) over the period of last 05 (five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper. Average annual constructin turnover i.e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector shall only be considered. Private works shall not be considered. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 ( Ten Lac). The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for evaluation. Liquid asset certificate will be checked by the Procuring Entity. 4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be : 14.00 (Fourteen Lac).
